USEFUL INFORMATION & SHOP POLICIES

For every 8 cards ordered, you will receive ONE FREE CARD. Please allow me to select a card from among those you ordered. Your cards will be packaged securely and sturdily!

Sometimes we have out of stocks, at which time we’ll call to discuss alternatives.

We offer quantity discounts on holiday cards. Please see my updated (2012) SPECIALS section or e-mail us and we will send a price list. We can print a custom greeting, return address, or party invitation text on any order of over 100 cards.

SHIPPING: There is no shipping charge on all orders of $15 and above, sent within the Continental United States. Your package will be sent via United States Postal Service, surface mail. Your order should arrive in 7 – 10 days. You will be notified in the event of any delay. You can review your order in a small window when you 'proceed to check out'. There will be a 'calculate total' box where you enter your zip code and you will see shipping charges (if any) and tax (for FL shipments) in the total amount.

PAYMENT: Secure online shopping is provided throughout this site through PayPal. Likewise, payment is through PayPal. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account. If you prefer, you may call us to place a phone or fax order and use your M/C or VISA account. Another possibility is to download a printable mail in order form.

We use secure sockets layer (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal information. Our privacy policy assures that Eastern Sun Printworks does not sell or share the information you provide to us online with any outside company or third party.

Please allow for variations in color blends, as well as the color differential that occurs on your computer screen. We maintain a fair and flexible policy regarding returns, exchanges, or dissatisfaction with our product. Please keep the original packaging. Remember, we are only a phone call or an e-mail away for your concerns and queries. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!!
